The word that inspired today's photo was given to me on Twitter buy someone I follow. At the time I knew the word had the potential to inspire a great photo and I'm really pleased with how the crane and indeed the photo turned out!

Last week, an old colleague of my headteacher's visited our school with a current colleague of his. He now works in Japan and they were over to learn more about our new curriculum and to see how it works. I volunteered to have them come and sit in on one of my lessons and as a thank you, they came back and made origami with my class.
