The Walk Home

Today started off as one of those grey, damp days but by lunchtime, the sun had fought its way through the clouds and it stayed nice for the rest of the afternoon. As it had brightened up so much, I decided that I would make the most of it and walk home in lieu of going to the gym. Working and living on different sides of the river means that it takes me a good hour and a bit. It's not quite as energetic as gym workout of course, but having the chilly air pink-up my cheeks is always a nice sensation. Plus, it affords me far more photo opportunities than the Subway ride. This photo, for those of you who don't know Glasgow, shows Bell's Bridge and The Crowne Plaza. I like the way the reflection of the sunlight is catching the water.
