Argentinian meat-a-thon

The downside of going out last night was that I hadn't started the presentation I had to do on refugee health at lunchtime today. Crawled out of bed at 430 am feeling surprisingly un-seedy given how frequently our wine glasses were refilled last night. Cobbled things together in about two hours and headed to work. Talk went very smoothly and, I think, highlighted how badly our system manages health issues in such a high risk and isolated population. Frustrating to think how much difference some very simple changes could make if only there was the impetus and funding to implement them.

Afternoon off, so had an afternoon nap before our BBQ - Argentinian style - at R and L's. Stuffed full of delicious food. Here's a quick snap of the chef.
