Another muddy walk

So, bad news from 2 steves yesterday.

Steve 1s DRO has been investigated, and he is allowed to keep it I'm force. The insolvency office have no obligation to tell me, so they didn't. I'm not allowed to know why, so I can't object in any useful way.
