Sunrise

Up early, in the dark, and out to the bike park. On the bike at 7, with just enough light to see where I was going. By 7.25 I was a the top, just in time for sunrise. Very beautiful, misty, sunrise, peace. No one here.

And then down, down Tokorangi, a great track, onto Challenge, back up for another challenge run, and the back to he hotel by 8.30. Shower, breakfast, and then my colleague and I were off to a meeting at Te Puia. Went well, a quick tour, and then on the road to Auckland.

Plane ride, back into the office briefly for a meeting. Off to school for parent teacher interviews, and the home.

I'm thinking an early night could be good. Phew ;-)
