Tax is a subject I know very little about, however as I have been reading through my best friend's dissertation I've learnt a lot! Some things I've had to search to learn more about and understand what they're talking about, but otherwise it's actually quite an interesting read! Did you know for example that Harry Redknapp accepted a tax free secret bonus from his football club by having it paid into a bank account in the name of his pet dog Rosie?! I didn't, but I do now!

After they deposited over 300 fingerprints for me when I was completing my dissertation, then proof-reading, formatting, spell checking and trying to put a little added extra into theirs is the least I can do!

And besides, I have to earn that acknowledgement!!! haha! :)

Our time together currently has a common trend - bacon!!! Tonight they finally got to taste the famous Fermanagh Black Bacon, only for disappointment - it didn't taste any different to normal bacon!! So much for its subtle smokey flavour!! O'Doherty's pigs had a lot to live up to but they failed miserably! :(

Tonight we talked about my future in particular and it's been really helpful to have someone to help guide me to do what's best because without them, I'd be more than just a little bit lost!
