carpetbiter1 did buy some of this tat recently. i was gobsmacked by the clever packaging. she took the offending object to school and promptly lost it. she doesnt seem bothered. am torn - do i chastise her for not caring about her stuff or congratulate her on not really liking it in the first place?

last day of term - at last! lump in throat during the end of term service for no particular reason. tick v.g. from dentist. picnic in the park with assorted kids and a mass exodus to see shrek the third. and didnt shout at bedtime. hurray.
