oh now we're getting excited. this time next week we'll be in disneyland. i've already started singing 'it's a small world'. sadly i am thinking it'll produce some good blips.

last day at work for a while. YIPPEEE. left the building skipping after a morning of handing over 5 years work to a colleague who's going to be doing some of my usual stuff. i think i bamboozled her but i had drunk a caffeinated tea (strong stuff) and a noxious pastry so it's hardly surprising i was talking fast.

gallantly took kids to buy sandals as act of faith in the summer. apparently everyone else has done it already (bah humbug for their efficiency) and we were left scrabbling for the last two pairs.

off to buy wine for the teachers.

and to put the heating on.
