Butterflies...We Got Butterflies!!

Question: What do you do when it's 11:15 at night...and you have 2465 pictures to weed through?

Answer: You pick out 4 people/butterfly shots, and you make a quick collage.

Clockwise...this is Anni's (Bikerbear) foot, Matt's (PhotoMatt) mouth...Dave's hat...and Carol's (Creative Carol) camera.

I hate to admit it...but...being a cheapskate...I was leery of the price we were paying to get into the butterfly exhibit. But...after going there...I would have paid twice that much.

Imagine...if you will...25 or so blippers and their significant others...COMPLETELY taking over the house of butterflies. We had the place all to ourselves for 2 hours. We were the RULERS (could you say the Monarchs?) of all things butterfly.

Cameras and lenses (and I MEAN lenses!!!) everywhere. Mono-pods and tri-pods. (Why isn't there a duo-pod?) Blippers hanging over railings...blippers on their knees...blippers taking pictures of blippers. Quite a scene.

We also took another trip out to the La Chua trail...seeing more birds, more gators, and more wild horses. Some of us...(YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!) stayed longer on the trail than others...but we all had a good time.

Thanks again to Wade (Sefferdog), Maura (Maura143), and Anni (Bikerbear), for organizing a great weekend. Gainesville became Blipville. 'Nuff said.
