Doin' it for the in laws

He doesn't do gardening. Not even lawn mowing. The mere mention of it and he regresses into an irrationally sulky teenager. But when the in-laws asked him to help cut back a massive shruberoonie, he couldn't say no. It was okay though, because after I stopped laughing I helped him. And them bought cake. Just as well that I do garden, but these days it's only usually when I feel like blue murder, because I know a wee bit o gardening gives me a big bit o perspective. And so it was that I think he felt good doing his good deed today.
