There's snow on them there hills!

Have had a wonderful day.
Weather was kind. Mainly sun, not too cold, and only a very brief shower.
We could see the rain down in the valley but it missed us.
Great to see everyone again. Lots to catch up on.
Quite a strenuous walk, about 8 miles, but so enjoyable, in a wonderful part of the world!
The views were breath taking. All the better for the snow on the hill tops, which shone in the sunshine, and looked like icing sugar had been sprinkled over them.

Finished off at MrC's brothers. His wife had cooked us a lovely meal. ( only supposed to be calling in to look at their holiday photos, and have a cup of tea!)

Now back with feet up.
Feeling rather tired, but happy!

An early night I think!
