Ruins In Fladdabister

A showery start to the day but it cleared to bring us a sunny day with some showers.

A fine relaing start to the day due to the rain. After lunch I headed to Quarff with the car to drop off at the garage and a walk with Sammy dog a few miles back home again. I really hope they get my car fixed as quickly as possible, I really hate not having a car and Sammy dog isn't allowed on the buses :(

As I walked home, I passed through Fladdabister. A lovely old township but many ruins now. It once was a thriving community with lovely old buildings but times moved on (still is but new houses). I've seen old photos of this old house and it was a very homely place in it's day.
