Smoked garlic

A pantry shot as today I will mostly be on the phone finalising a house sale.

Unlike most of the world it seems, I don't like taking important calls on the move.

I also don't like eating and walking at the same time. Don't get me wrong, I love street food, I just like sitting down to eat it.

This lovely garlic from Pearce's Farm Shop in Hertfordshire. Today used to flavour celeriac mash which I ate with Austrian ham for lunch.
