Today's dinner was rather healthy - I had couscous, homemade roasted vegetables (butternut squash, peppers, onions & baby vine tomatoes) feta cheese and some balsamic drizzle.

The paprika was just to make the plate look pretty...

It was very tasty, even if I do say so myself.... In fact, I might just go back for seconds... ;-)
