Grrrrrrrrr!!

As you can see, I was expecting a delivery today (delivery slot some time between 9am - 6pm)
As you can see, the delivery man came (at 09:15)
As you can see, I missed him.... although I don't know how, as both me and my flatmate were home at the time.

Anyway, I called to re-arrange the delivery. Delivery guy said he'll be back tomorrow. I said I won't be here tomorrow, hence why I specified TODAY as the delivery date. He then had the audacity to say, and I quote - " I tried to deliver this morning but no one was home. I don't deliver to the same address again on the same day."

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but delivery slot is up until 6pm. If I'm not here tomorrow, what is the problem in coming back today??! To me, this is a logical remedy to the problem, or am I completely wrong???!
