Jenga!

Today has been one of those days! Without going into too much detail, I had a call from a London based firm of solicitors asking me to go for an interview. I called them, although I don't remember applying for it, but they said I must have. I assume they got my CV from an agent, but in light of things that happened today, and just the way things are, I've arranged to go and see them next Thursday. I'll have to phone in sick, or Alan will have to call in sick for me, but if I don't go and see them I'll always wonder. Alhough the interview is in London, the job is based in Brighton.

Whilst all this was going on, I was with my friend Valerie who came to meet me at lunch time. We didn't eat, but went to a beach cafe for a drink and a chat - I felt bad that we didn't do much chatting, but she helped me in my decision.

Tonight, Alan and I went to a pub in Kemp Town for a 'Games Night' which was as it sounds - there were a selection of different games and we were split into different groups and changed games from time to time. This shot was taken playing Jenga and although it didn't topple at this point, it fell on my next attempt!

Anyway, it's late and I need to get up in the morning, so I'd better say good night. Apologies for not commenting tonight, I'll catch up tomorrow x
