Mr. Ladderback Wood Pecker

This past week I'm starting to see more of these at the feeders. They stay for a short time at the feeders unlike the Gila Woodpeckers who can linger for a while.
Fortunately he was on the near side for his photo op. A clear and sunny day, should be 70 or so again.
