After my embarrassing start to the day yesterday, I decided to get up early today...and as I was up I went for a swim. Just as I arrived home Judy called round, she was down from the Lakes for an appointment so she stopped by for a cuppa. It was about the same time the electric man called yesterday...I must make sure Im dressed by 10am in future as that is obviously the 'visiting' time ha ha ha.

I spent the day writing and then tweaking a short story for a competition and then I met Anne and Catherine in the Barton Arms this evening for a meal and a catch up.
