Blip Forever

I was going to just stand outside and take the arms outstretched photo, but then Madchickenwoman said she couldn't wait to see what I came up with....well the challenge was on. I went through all sorts of mad ideas, but I do have to get off to work soon and time was limited.

I decided I would hang upside down....but from where? I could only think of the playground in the woods. My timer is for ten seconds, there was no way I could get myself upside down on a bar with arms outstretched in that short time! I phoned Ellen and asked for her finger pressing help!

It isn't easy for me to get my leg up over the bar with a very painful, dodgy knee, but somehow I did it. This bar is really a bit low, but the other option was too high!

Gareth, the PT from the Marriott, was using the playground with a client for training in, he said he would get me up. He asked if I could do a handstand and if so it would be easy. A handstand!! I haven't done one of those for many years, but I said I could...but my knee was too sore by then to try....A handstand! Good grief, I very much doubt I could do one and survive ha ha ha!!

Now...I do have to admit that this pic was supposed to be then turned upside down, but I am a complete numpty. I had the sign the wrong way up and I didn't flip the letters round...doh. Anyway it will have to do.

So......here's hoping that blip survives, I have everything crossed. I can't imagine a world without blip......and my wonderful extended family out there in blipland.

BLIP FOREVER!!!!!
