the HMI inspection.

Visit to my favourite cheese factory on Mull today, where we have been running pottery classes.

Somehow got involved in the HMI inspection on the island.

The inspectors couldn't understand how everyone on the island knew they were coming - maybe they should change their dress code, and hide the clip-boards.

They were very nice though.
