Camellia japonica "April Kiss"

Whereas, just one week ago, I was wondering what I could find in the garden to share, all of a sudden, literally within the last couple of days, so much has happened that I have a surfeit of choices. From now until fall, it will be more a factor of how to edit the images than finding subjects. Today, it’s Camellia japonica “April Kiss,” a formal pink camellia. In ten years, it has grown into a good-sized shrub and is covered with these meticulous flowers.
