Little Wing

I belong to a small singing group which performs songs from the Forties . I did my first 'gig' with them on Saturday. LooseCanon, Coffeepotter and Nikonabike were all in the audience. They seemed to enjoy it. I don't think they were just being polite.

We were all appropriately dressed and I wore this RAF badge . It belonged to my mother, who served in the WAAF (women's auxiliary Air Force ) during WW2.
This all got my father reminiscing at great length about how he met my mother. I suspect she was wearing this at the time.
