Good things sometimes come in threes - today's back-to-back international rugby matches might fit that bill. England has just soundly beaten Italy. There's about half an hour's breathing space, then the next match is up.

Rugby is a quintessentially English invention - as is the iconic red telephone box. There are lots still in use in Northampton, such as this fine trio in the town centre, pictured in Spring sunshine this morning.
