It's not a frog

Can you tell what it is?

Took me a while! The children made "Happy St Patricks Day" shamrock bouncy things with Karen and have bounced them so much the eyes and hands have fallen off.

Anyway, I got told off by Dylan for saying it was a frog. He was insistent it was a valentine's heart....

We've been reading a book about a tadpole who grows up and learns to jump and they've been studying them at school too so went on a mission to try and find some frog spawn locally. There's a load of it behind the Visitor's Centre at Hollingworth Lake. Karen's taking them there every few days to chart the progress of the tadpoles :-)

I remember doing a project on frogs at primary school. We had some tadpoles in a fishtank for weeks but then one night they turned into frogs and somehow escaped and were running all around the school. Ha!
