Simply a boat

A wet, drizzly, grey, cold day. I find it difficult to blip in these conditions but it was suggested to me that when it's a challenge you work harder and learn the most.

I'm not sure that is the case here but I have had to work harder than turning my camera on a landscape in good light.

I liked the simplicity of this shot although I have had to faff a lot with cropping, contrast, lighting, saturation (had a go at B&W) and I tried lots of frames but gave them up in the end. However the subject is simple and I liked the shape.

I am interested in your opinions on this...is it boring despite the faffing?
