readymade

I was thinking today about one of the very first modern art exhibitions I ever saw at the Centre Georges Pompidou many many years ago. I think there were these everyday objects hung on the walls, with really deep titles like "Hat Rack" or "Dustbin Cover" or "Shovel", or something along those lines. I remember thinking if this was "Art", I didn't get it. On some level, I still don't "get" this sort of conceptual art, but I'm not averse to borrowing from it. Today, I present "Tap". Make of it what you will. :)
