Mist On The Course #2

The early morning mist hung around throughout our round of golf this morning, but made for same hazy reflections on the pond in front of the 4th green. Couldn't resist flipping this upside down for the strange 3d effect it seems to have on Beak House.

Our friend and, recently irregular, golfing partner Russell joined us for the first time since early December (he's something of a fair weather golfer!). Unfortunately, he heard yesterday that tests he's been having in the past week have confirmed that he has cancer, so it was good to see him in good spirits, displaying his usual laconic humour and playing his normal steady game. We know he'll bring those same qualities to fighting his illness.
