Kitchen flood again...

Last year the washing machine flooded downstairs and we had to get our floors replaced. Tonight hubby went into kitchen for a beer and discovered water leaking all over kitchen - somebody ( it wasn't me!) on putting the washing on had closed door on a sock which meant the door wasn't fully closed and water had leaked out.

A quick call to his brother and we had him and his dad over to help lift Lino and dry down floor, before putting it all back down again! Luckily machine had been on a fast wash so water hadn't reached the playroom or dining room and the only room with ruined floor was utility but we planned on replacing that..., just not right now.

Anyway this is hubby's brother holding the doors whilst FIL and hubby is in background discussing how best to lift Lino from under the fridge.
