There and Back Again

An early start for both of us again and we headed off in different directions, Bristol bound in the car for me (Annie) and to the train and London for Chris. We both had productive days but part way through today I discovered I was needed again in Bristol tomorrow. I've not packed to stay over, so it's another pair of long drives, 100 miles each way, boo. Tonight's blip is a view of the busy M4, something I will be seeing miles of again tomorrow.

For me (Chris) it was great to leave London earlier than usual and this meant I actually got to the running club for the first time in a while. I lead our Green group run, a relatively pacey near 6 miles at a decent (around 9 minute mile) pace. Great to run and be back with the group.
