Abbey'T of What You Fancy Does You Good

Day off, involving ice packs on thigh muscles, trips to Bolton Abbey, lots of reading , walking on sand, falling asleep in the sun and ,when awake ,looking at views like this.

I also learnt today that some people are just strange and nothing you can do will alter that , then I learnt that there is an iPhone app to teach you oral sex . I'll leave that one right there .
