Getting Ready for Take Off

Early six mile run quickly blew away the cobwebs on a grey day.

Tried to get a shot of this guy lounging around but he was having none but managed to get him about to flee from blippers in Lycra . Sensible chap .

Since then managed to have a coffee and a catch up with the manager from the volunteer centre as my old lady I befriend wasn't up to a visit

A day off with a run and cake is never a bad day off .
