Budle Bay

Backblip

Another blip from our week in Bamburgh, Northumberland. This is a bay which is just round the coast about a mile north of Bamburgh. It is hugely tidal and as you can see the tide goes out for a very long way and leaves a huge expanse of beautiful sand with the view of Lindisfarne in the distance. This must be one of the most beautiful places in the north east of England.
