Day 92

Morning d-4 a-3

This was a bit of a struggle.

Afternoon d-3 a-2

I had a good time with Bibs but then became a bit anxious. Probably because I had been OK. I went on to see Emma which was nice too. I decided to go for a walk because I needed to be in town in a few hours and didn't think it was wise to go home. I was a little anxious about the fact I was entertaining myself. I did feel a bit sad walking, possibly not helped by the fact it was a walk I hadn't done since finals (and that brought back some unpleasant feelings and memories). It was beautifully sunny. I was a bit sleepy (I have noticed this a fair bit lately) and this made me think maybe I am less able to do things than I had been thinking. But then I just got confused.

Evening d-2 a-4

I went to church. The mealtime was quite fun but then it was time for the seminar. I found that really hard to sit through. I did just manage it though :-)
