Latest public transport

Happened to be in New Norfolk on our way to Hobart and came across this mode of transport. Now I know from all reports that Tasmania is really feeling "the pinch," but I thought that maybe there would be something better than this in which to travel.

There is to be a State Election this Saturday for a new government so it's possible that some extra dollars may be in the coffers to upgrade a little.
Judging by the amount of money spent on the election campaign, I doubt that anything will be left.

I guess we could all walk!!!
