Oh dear, someone has decided that their pink flamingo lawn buddies need to go. I was tempted to rescue them.

Gorgeous day full of warm sunshine, even saw some early bees bumbling around some flowers.

I met with a contractor this morning who is the first person I've dealt with that is making me feel hopeful. He's completely booked through November which came as no surprise.
