Sundown
Another lovely day draws to a close.
Today we went to Rocha da Pena, a stunning limestone outcrop in the middle of lovely rural Algarve.
We went expecting yet more orchids, and found Early purple, Sawfly and a few Naked Men!
But the great thing was the butterflies. Beautiful freshly emerged Spanish Festoon, Swallowtail, Scarce Swallowtail, and some Large Tortoiseshell.
The weather really has come good for us, 23C today with a nice breeze to keep us comfortable, and then home for orange cake and Portuguese omelet, and a glass or two.
It's almost like being on holiday.....
