Sawfly orchid

We took a drive up towards one of those dammed valleys on the trail of the orchid, following a hot tip from two weeks ago, expecting to find nothing but dried up stems.
But behold!
Growing on the road verge in full view, many groups of this rather rare and localised orchid.
It has beautiful pink wings and is very visible even when zooming past at 40mph.
After photographing and exclaiming for some long time, we carried on to the dam, and spotted Gennaria, an unusual and rare green orchid.
More or less satisfied with the day we carried on towards one of our favourite coastal sites, but had to screech to a halt as we passed a bank crammed with that old favourite, the naked men, some several hundred spikes and one enormous one!
Pretty good day two.
What to wish for tomorrow?
Maybe wait and see what turns up!
