Morning run by the Thames

It's a glorious morning here. Hope your weather is good too.

I went to the stranglers concert yesterday, at hammersmith Apollo. It was touch and go if we went at all, since James was feeling ill, but after a few pints in the pub with Ian, he rallied enough to get his arse across town. It was fab, always the sun, skindeep, 5minutes song. So melodic, and raunchy at the same time.

Also saw uni friend Ann, we walked and talked.
