backstroke

Day 2 of Brandon's first high school swim meet. He had to be in the water by 7:45 AM for warmups, and the event was about a 40 minute drive from home. Happily our neighbors' daughter is on the team too and she's old enough to drive: carpool! Still, I did wake up before 6 to make him breakfast and wish him luck.

He did well overall - 1st one is out of the way now. Kyle and I stopped by to bring him lunch and saw him compete in the 100 yard backstroke - he beat his time which is good!
