Eddie Rocket's

We ate a speedy dinner at Eddie's this evening after Luke had finished work. Luke ate the Double Take with fries and strawberry shake and I had the club sandwich with sweet potato fries and chocolate malt shake. Very delicious but I couldn't finish the fries.
We then made our way to P Mac's pub for 8:30 to meet Ali and a couple of cast members for Terri's leaving drinks. Naturally Terri was late and it was gone 9:30 before she and Ciara arrived. Many of the old cast members turned up too such as Ali Kelly, Chloe who is back from Florida and Rachel who is home for a stay from South Africa. It was nice talking to them and seeing how they have been on their travels.
Chloe told me all about her Disney auditions to be a character or in the parades, she had some face auditions and a couple of dance auditions too, unfortunately she didn't get through the first round as they were looking for very specific facial features. But she has made some contacts and is going to try auditions in Paris next.
We stayed until about 11:30, had a couple of drinks and chatted to Ciara, Eric and Deborah. We kept hiding Terri's bottle of wine to save her from major drunkenness!
When we left Terri came out for some fresh air with us and she said how much she will miss us all. She got a bit teary so we stayed outside a while to cheer her up. Then she went inside and we said final good byes to some of the team before hailing a cab and heading home.
Hot water bottle at the ready, make-up off and PJs on into bed!
Today I am grateful for being able to see some of the old team before I too am leaving as I know it is unlikely I will get to see them all again.
