ASTAAAAAA

In the airport this guy, Mark Wood, apparently a famous electric violin maker, came up to me. He got me all excited.

I got here and got settled after waiting at the airport for a bit. They told us the audition spots which was very nice. I had some time to practice. However I got lost and made it to the audition scatterbrained and just as they called me. It's ok. I played fine. 11th out of 18. On my way getting lost, this Louisville man started talking to me as that's what southerners do. He pronounced violin as vahhhlin. It was great. I commented that everyone here seemed friendlier. His response, something that made me smile, was this, "A lot of people forget sometimes that happiness is a choice."

We had two hours of rehearsal. The brass are weak but we sound good.

DK texted me and it got flirty...what.
