Shades of blue

My beautiful daughter has gorgeous red hair, which now as a 13 year old, she hates; and any compliments paid to her are usually met with eye-rolling looks of disdain!

Wanting to dye all her hair one colour for the recent Summer holidays, we reached a compromise and allowed her to have blue streaks instead. I think these compliment her lovely red hair well.

Now, she wants to dye all her hair black for charity (World's Greatest Shave...look it up!) but sadly I feel once she's completely changed her hair colour I won't see that gorgeous red colour for many years to come.

I guess that's teenagers for you
