stuck in winter

it's still very cold. Most people I've spoken to are ready for the winter to go. It can't last much longer, can it? Usually sunny and bright, even when cold, the past few days have been steely grey. The sunshine makes it all so much easier bear. There are a few signs that spring will eventually come. The birds are singing more, the evenings are drawing out and some buds can be found, if you really look.

Em and I kept busy with a morning playdate and an afternoon walk in the woods. No teddy bears, far too cold for picnics today.
