Pancake Day!

Happy pancake day to all! This is one of my favourite times of the year for associated food, forget Christmas and the turkey, Shrove Tuesday is where it's at!
A long day at work 9-8 shift and another long penciled in for tomorrow 9-close...big visit day with Emma, Carl and Pauline from HR. Ciara bought some pancakes from Dunnes for lunch and she shared with me and Paul, once warm but more clammy and sweaty scotch pancakes and Nutella for us two though!
So, a lovely way to relax the night before, pancakes made by my Lukey B with lemon juice and sugar and a cup of tea to wash them down with.
Today I am grateful for the Heavenly pairing of flour and eggs to make my deliciously sweet supper.
