Snow Day III

Third Snow Day of the year so far. This time we were ready--we took our skis and snowboard and walked to a hill in Rock Creek Park for some (very slow) downhill action in about 6" of champagne powder. The only thing that was missing was a lift. It was a nice distraction from a day of reading.

Update: another snow day tomorrow. Campus doesn't open until 10am, which means that my class (at 9:30am) is cancelled. Curses--this is the third one this semester, which really makes a mess of any kind of syllabus planning. This place is a disaster when it comes to snow. It's all fun and games until a class is cancelled.
