Remains of the Bay

I meant to photograph the delicious scallops before we scoffed them, but I forgot. So instead I decided to take a photo of the remains. It was my first scallop-cooking experiment, and worked out a treat.

Snow day tomorrow! Again. It's getting old. But at least I don't have to cancel a class, so it makes no real difference to me. RTD is dancing a jig.
