Quainton Railway Centre

Lovely morning quite sunny but cloudy.

Had lunch & then went to visit my mum who I'd forgot was cooking lunch. I couldn't tell her that I'd eaten already !! She was 78 today so I took her some flowers chocs and other goodies which are probably bad for you.

En-route I called here to get a few pictures & then I went across country from here to Mum's except the road was shut because of an overbridge being strengthened. Its either for HS2 or for the large Waste Incinerator that is being built on the former London Brick Company site at Calvert.

My mum had had 30 birthday cards. If I get 6 I'm pleased !

Anyhow laptop is playing up so I'm on the backup, its a real pain in the ..m.

It rained this afternoon.
