Riding the waves

How do they do it?!!!
Freezing cold winds, waves so high, but such fun to watch!

Have had a lovely day visiting friends.
R fed us well at lunch time.
Lots of catching up as we haven't seen them since last year.

Then on the way back noticed how high the waves were out at sea, so went down to Perranuthnoe beach.
The tide was in and the waves were crashing up the slipway, but as usual there were some hardy souls out in the sea.
The waves were huge, but this surfer had mastered them well.

Took loads of shots, but decided on this one to blip.

Making the most of the local produce so just off to make cauliflower cheese for tea!
At 60p you can't go wrong! ( It is large enough to feed a family!)

Weather today has been one of sunshine and showers.
Hope tomorrow will be better as we are going to Trewidden garden.
