London to Manchester

Today was basically about getting from London to Manchester in time for the start of the Radio 6 Festival.

What should have been a relatively simple operation was complicated by the fact that although I was technically on holiday, there were some work things I needed to do in the morning. Consequently, we arrived at the hotel with just enough time to freshen up before heading across to the Victoria Warehouse where the gig was taking place.
