The sparks fly!

Since the trees near my cottage were felled, a tree-gate situation has arisen, with logs disappearing!

Strong words have been exchanged over the rightful ownership of the logs from said trees.

It has been an extraordinary scenario that I hope has now been resolved with the reappearance in my garden of the missing logs this weekend.

I know it sounds a ridiculous situation, but it just shows the value people round here place on wood!!

Fortunately, I am now able to look forward to a warm cottage next winter!
